The follicular phase is the beginning of a creative process inside of your body.
However, ‘new beginnings’ don’t imply that our history is erased.
To even have a ‘new beginning’ implies there was a time before. Something that ‘new beginning’ is emerging from.
All time (past, present, future) exists now, at the same time, with the eternal now being the only time we experience in our ‘physical existence’.
The physical is just one component of our space-time reality.
We experience it as linear, but really it’s more cyclical.
Every phase existing, just unexperienced, or forgotten.
Just like the cycles in our bodies.
With that being said, let’s just say I’ve been integrating more of what ‘was’ into what ‘is.’
Shedding light on the ‘past’ to complete the full picture.
Grounding into the physical now, during Taurus season, printing a past image from my grandfather (who was obsessed with bulls as well) with chlorophyll, echoing this sentiment.
Sometimes our past memories seem like a bull rearing their heads towards us, until we are able to stop trying to fix them, but actually sit in the (‘bull’) shit with them and look at the full picture.
Not to make ourselves stink, but to alchemize and use as fuel.
Turning our shit to gold, our pain to power, our past to our eternal now.
Just like ‘the past’, the images are ephemeral and fade after printing without a preservation method (like resin, etc.).
I snapped a photo to show you, and made the choice to let the physical piece disappear. Just as my younger self met me for coffee, and stepped into the eternal now.
more on how our conversation went next month, within the duality of Gemini.
During the follicular phase, your body is developing follicles in your ovary (by flooding your body with FSH hormone), prepping for ovulation to occur.
Of the follicles that are being stimulated, one will burst to release the egg at ovulation, which is the most important phase of our cycle, because without it, nothing else will occur.
Just as there is a spiritual/emotional and biological connection within our bodies, there is a food & hormone connection - too little and our cycles will stop; too much of those hormone-disruptive foods and we will not ovulate; too little of the hormone-boosting foods and we won’t make enough hormones.

This mirrors the process of chlorophyll printing.
Chlorophyll printing is an alternative photographic process where photographic images are developed on natural leaves through the action of photosynthesis. This organic technique does not use chemicals since the photographs are exposed directly to the sunlight on plants or trees leaves.
And a perfect time during this follicular phase to try my hand at it, with many failed attempts & conversations with my ancient family—Mother Earth, the elements, and all extensions of her.
As discussed in my latest Taurus-themed 13th release»
They are often described as being patient, determined, and steadfast, with a strong appreciation for beauty, comfort, and the finer things in life. Symbolized by the bull & the color green, Taureans are also known for their stubbornness and resistance to change.
Which is why I leaned real hard into the ephemeral for this one. 😁
Taureans are the ruler of the second house, often called the "house of possessions," or the “money house'“ which is all about your material and financial life, including your income, savings, and overall sense of security and self-worth.
What greater wealth is there than the very ground you stand on?
Your health will show you how much you actually have in your bank account.
See you in Gemini, in the eternal now. ⏳
P.S. I didn’t use AI to write this.
