Stairway to Healing part II - Follicular Phase
As mentioned in last month's introduction video, this stairway to healing will tell a story throughout the year and come to form a complete picture at the end of it.
It will include the visual interpretation of the characters that have led me to my healing, representing all the different phases, where the journey has taken me, and where it is going. Each part of the piece will be revealed throughout this year.
This is a marriage of life & art, illustrating how our environment shapes the way we live.
There are steps to healing, and on this journey, we merge what we perceive as our 'pain' realizing it is our unrealized 'power'.
This layout shows the wall that's next to the staircase, featuring the 'larger' character guiding me back to myself, as you see the mask being removed. This is the mask we wear when we don't meet our pain.
The character featured here has come full circle. An exact year ago today (unplanned, but cyclically makes perfect sense) she was featured in the February follicular piece, 'A Portrait of my Pain' (below).
Except here she is shown in her integrated, transcended form.
The form that pain becomes when we listen to the message it has for us. In other words, it becomes our power.
This piece of the mural is just the beginning of its representation.
In the preceding pain portrait piece, I describe how my pain transformed into a guide to let me know when it's time to let go.
This piece begins to depict that guide:
"This portrait shows not only what my pain looked like, but it also shows what it was trying to reveal to me: an alignment and connectedness with the cyclical phases of the universe, mirrored in my monthly cycle..."

This part of the stairway to healing also reveals another huge huge huge huge huge huge, cannot emphasize with enough 'huge's', part of my healing…
And that is my connection to the healing power of psychedelics, specifically psilocybin mushrooms.
Mushrooms contain mycelium, which is a network of fungal threads & what all living things decay to and become when they die.
It is the stuff planets are made of, what we are made of & it is what our universe consists of.
When you ingest mushrooms, you are ingesting universal wisdom. The mushrooms themselves are living beings, and they get to have a telepathic experience through you, which is why people often talk about 'talking to the mushrooms', or 'the mushrooms told me'.
Phrases that have assisted in the marketing/narrative to cheapen and diminish the sacred potent healing power of these plants, so people won't ever get around to actually ingesting those 'hippie, stoner, druggie' things. When really, nothing could be further from the truth.
They detox your body physically, emotionally & spiritually, and whatever you ask, or are willing to explore emotionally, you will get the answer to --ready, or not.
I'm planning to elaborate on this further this year, and have purposely waited to talk about this until this time due to not only the propaganda discussed above but also because of the obvious legal bullshit.
Something that can assist in curing the most horrific of afflictions and diseases? Yeah, of course that would be illegal.
The more free someone is physically, spiritually, and emotionally the less anyone can control them, sell them things they don't need, etc.
So riding in on the year of the Dragon + Age of Aquarius, I said fuck it, the time is now. The time to spread the truth about this is now.
One of the most recent messages I learned from mushrooms:
Own your power, or it will own you.
Take responsibility for who you are and your impact on the things around you, because they are you. They are not bigger than you.
In 'creative process' terms, the art does not create the artist. The art may transform the artist, but the artist is the creator. Therefore, the art/creations can't come before their source.
This is the time during the follicular phase for seizing the opportunity to architect how we want the rest of our cycle to go and decide what new follicles we want to form that will eventually host an egg.
The egg then becomes our creation, and released as the wisdom of that cycle.
In this healing journey, I have realized that the greatest gift you can give this world is your own self-realization.
This is also echoed in

In my practice of the creative process, I have learned that we create our life through our intentions + actions, creating our karma.
Essentially, we manifest through reciprocity. The reciprocity of that action or intention we put out that 'comes back around'.
That reciprocity helps us to realize we already were that which we seek. We become the person who has what they want by receiving our own energy, coming back around to us, realizing it was already ours, and by remembering that, the better it gets, the better it gets.
As I myself have forgotten from time to time, I was re-reminded of this law of reciprocity by working with my dear friend Siera Sambrosky in an intuitive business session.
So even if you have forgotten, the 'forgetting' you already are that which you seek, actually plays an important role in your own self-discovery.
Without the forgetting, there is no discovery.
